Contributors

A contributor is a writer, photographer, or illustrator who contributes to the creation of a Story or Media file on your site. You can associate a Story or Media file with one or more of the Contributors shown on the Contributor List.

To Add a Contributor

  1. Click the Add Contributor button.
  2. Enter as much information as you would like about the Contributor. Note that the Contributor's First and Last name and Contributor Type are required fields.
  3. Click the Save button.

To Edit a Contributor

  1. Click the Edit link next to the Contributor you wish to modify.
  2. Make any changes you wish.
  3. Click the Save button.

To Delete a Contributor

  1. Place a checkmark in the checkbox next to the name of the Contributor you wish to delete.
  2. Click the Delete Checked button.

You can delete more than one Contributor at a time by placing checkmarks in the checkboxes next to the names of all the Contributors you wish to delete and then clicking the Delete Checked button.

To delete all Contributors shown on the screen, place a checkmark in the checkbox in the blue header bar and then click the Delete Checked button.
