Sites
It is possible to create, access and manage more than one website in ARCOS. The Site List displays all the sites that are managed by ARCOS. From this page you can add, view or edit a site.
To Add a Site
- Click the Add Site button.
- Enter the URL of your organization's website in the format www.site.com. Do not enter an http:// header or any trailing slashes.
- Enter the Preview URL of the site in the format preview-www.site.com. Do not enter an http:// header or any trailing slashes. This is the address that ARCOS users will use to preview content before publishing it to the live site.
- Enter the Publish Path of the site. This is the directory that files will be published to for the live site.
- Enter the Preview Path of the site. This is the directory that files will be published to for the preview site.
- Click the Save button.
To View a Site
- Click on the View link next to the name of the Site you wish to view. You will be taken to a page that displays all the site information in a non-editable format.
- If you wish to make any changes, click on the Edit button (see To Edit a Site).
- If you do not wish to make any changes, click on the Return button.
To Edit a Site
- Click on the Edit link next to the name of the Site you wish to edit.
- Make any changes you wish to make.
- Click the Save button.
To Delete a Site
- Place a checkmark in the checkbox next to the name of the Site you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete Checked button.
You can delete more than one Site at a time by placing checkmarks in the checkboxes next to the names of all the Sites you wish to delete and then clicking the Delete Checked button.
To delete all Sites shown on the screen, place a checkmark in the checkbox in the blue header bar and then click the Delete Checked button.
