Active Media
An active Media file is one that is currently checked out by any user. Click the Active Media link in the left-hand navigation to see which Media files are currently active.
You can View an active Media file by clicking the View link next to the file.
To Check In an Active Media File
Users with the appropriate permissions may check in any Media file from this page by putting a check in the checkbox next to that file and clicking the Check In button. No notification will be sent to the user who had the file checked out, so it is a good idea to let that user know that you have checked in the file.
