List Formats
The List Formats page lets you create and manage List Formats.
When you click on the List Formats link in the left-hand navigation, you will see this information:
- ID

A system-generated number used to uniquely identify your List Format
- Name
-
The name of your List Format
- Fields
-
The total number of List Fields associated with this List Format
- Summary
-
The display name of all the List Fields in this List Format
To Add a List Format
- Click the Add List Format button.
- Enter a name for the List Format.
- Select the total number of fields you wish to have in your List Format. The screen will refresh displaying your additional fields. The default for these new fields will be "Ignore Field".
- Choose a field value from each drop-down menu.
- (Optional: To delete list fields from the List Format) Select the total number of fields you wish to have in your list format e.g. if you currently have 12 fields and wish to remove 1 then select 11 from the Field Count pull-down. The List Format Editor will remove the last field added (the field with the highest ID number).
- (Optional: To reorder list fields in the List Format) Choose the order you wish your fields to appear on the page by selecting a value in the order pull-down. Once you are satisfied click the Reorder button. The screen will refresh to reflect your changes.
- Click the Save button.
To Edit a List Format
- Click the Edit link next to the List Format you wish to modify.
- Make any changes you wish.
- Click the Save button.
To Delete a List Format
- Place a check in the checkbox next to the List Format you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete Checked button.
