Your Members
The Your Members section of ARCOS lets you view and edit the existing members of your list. It also allows you to add new members directly to your list.
At the top of your screen you will see two numbers:
- Current organization list size
-
The total number of people in ARCOS
- Deliverable list size
-
The total number of people in ARCOS minus people who have opted out or hard-bounced
To Find a Member
You can search for a member using any combination of First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Username, or (if you use an external ID field) External ID.
- Enter a first name, last name, email address, username, or external ID that you would like to search your member list for.
- Click the Search button. The search results will appear below the search form.
To Add a Member
- Click the Add a Member button.
- Enter member data. Only the Email field is required.
- Click the Add button. You will see confirmation that your member has been added.
NOTE: Adding a member will increase the "Current organization list size" but the member will not be available for mailing or found under search until the next nightly warehouse run.
To Edit a Member
Once you have found the member whose record you would like to edit, click the Edit button next to his or her name.

To Delete a Member
Because so much valuable transaction history is stored in each member record, you can not delete members. However, you can merge duplicate member records through the Duplicates tool or from the Edit Person screen (Relationships tab).
