Community Fundraisers

The Community Fundraising Reports let you view and download the data submitted by users on community fundraising contribution forms on your organization's website.

To Find a Community Fundraiser

  1. Enter part of the community fundraiser's email address and click the Search button. You can narrow your search to only those fundraisers with active or inactive pages using the radio buttons below the search text input field. Search results will be displayed below the Search area.

To View a Community Fundraising Page

  1. After you have located the community fundraiser whose page you want to view, click the View Page link to the right of the fundraiser's email address. This will display that fundraiser's Community Fundraising page in a new tab or window.

To Deactivate a Community Fundraising Page

  1. Check the checkbox next to the right of the email address of the fundraiser whose Community Fundraising page you wish to deactivate. Then, click the Deactivate Checked button. The View Page link will disappear from the report page and the community fundraising page will no longer appear on the site. NOTE: No email confirmation is sent to the fundraiser.

To Activate a Community Fundraising Page

  1. Check the checkbox next to the right of the email address of the fundraiser whose Community Fundraising page you wish to activate. Then, click the Activate Checked button. The View Page link will reappear on the report page and the community fundraising page will reappear on the site. NOTE: No email confirmation is sent to the fundraiser.

To View a Community Fundraising Report

  1. After you have located the community fundraiser whose fundraising report you want to view, click the View Report link to the right of the fundraiser's email address. This will open a report screen about that fundraiser's page.

Understanding a Community Fundraising Report

At the top of the Community Fundraising report, you will see these properties about a fundraiser's page: the fundraiser's email address and page URL, the date the page was created, and date the page was most recently inactivated, if applicable.

Below this information is the Progress section. This section displays the fundraiser's Goal, the Total Raised (in dollars and as a percentage of the goal), the # of Contributions and the Average Contribution amount.

The final part of the report is the section Who Has Contributed. This section shows the details of all contributions made on this page, including the donor's name and email address, the date of contribution, and the contribution amount.
